Is this a subscription?
No — nothing on ScrutiBank is a subscription. Both Personal and Professional are one-time purchases: you pay once, get the transactions, and use them at your own pace. There's no auto-renewal, no monthly billing, and no card kept on file.
What is a transaction?
A transaction is consumed each time ScrutiBank uses its AI engine to categorise one line of a bank statement. Balance verification and account linkage are always free and do not consume transactions.
How does the free tier work?
When you download ScrutiBank, you get 200 free transactions to use however you want — no signup required. Once you've used them up, you can sign up and purchase a transaction bundle to keep going.
Do transactions expire?
Purchased transactions stay valid for a fixed window from the date of purchase: 6 months for Personal bundles and 12 months for Professional bundles.
What's the difference between Personal and Professional?
Same app, same features — the difference is volume and price. Professional bundles are larger one-time packs (10,000 to 100,000+ transactions) at our lowest per-transaction rate, with a 12-month validity window and priority email support. What happens if I run out of transactions?
You can keep viewing and analysing data you've already imported for free. To import and categorise more, just buy another bundle whenever you need it — there's no monthly cycle to wait for, and any transactions left from a previous bundle remain valid until they expire.
